Neutralizing antibodies are a subset of antibodies that are capable of binding to viruses and blocking viral infections via a process called “neutralization”. Neutralizing antibodies constitute an essential defense mechanism against viral invaders, including SARS-CoV-2.
According to clinical studies, RapidFor™ Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit has demonstrated a sensitivity level of 97.2%, a specificity level of 99%, and an overall accuracy level of 98.35%. Moreover, no cross-reactivity or interference was observed with any of the substances and pathogens tested.
RapidFor™ Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit allows for safe, minimally invasive, and painless sample collection with finger puncture technique. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure maximum safety, comfort, and accuracy. Refrain from piercing your finger any further than instructed. While mild discomfort is possible during sample collection, make sure to stop the procedure and seek medical help if you experience serious pain.
Yes, positive results with RapidFor™ Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit indicate the presence of IgG neutralizing antibodies, which can remain in the blood and provide long-term immunity against SARS-CoV-2
According to clinical studies, RapidFor™ SARS-CoV-2 Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit successfully detects immune response induced by various vaccines that trigger an immune response against the S1 subunit of the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2, including BioNTech/Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Johnson&Johnson, and Sinovac Life Sciences vaccines.
RapidFor™ Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit can be stored be between 2°C-30°C and within 40-60% of humidity in the sealed package until its expiration date. Please make sure to check the label on the packaging for the manufacturing and expiration dates. Do not store the kit below 2°C or use it after expired date.
A negative result may indicate that your immunity level against SARS-CoV-2 may not be sufficient for detection with RapidFor™ Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit. Please keep in mind that IgG neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 may take a while to appear, which means that negative results may occur in samples collected too soon following immunization. You may consider having another test within a week.
A positive result with RapidFor™ Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit indicates that an immune response has been developed against SARS-CoV-2 following vaccination.
No, RapidFor™ Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit is designed for one-time use only.
Please read the instruction thoroughly before starting the procedure. The procedure should be concluded within 15 minutes after the test cassette is removed from the foil package. Please make sure to recap the buffer solution quickly after each use and utilize the sample as soon as possible. The sample should be used within 30 minutes at most, inactivation of samples is not recommended.
After the process, all samples and materials should be placed in the aluminum foil and disposed of as biohazardous waste as soon as possible. Please refrain from using the recycling bin for disposal and make sure that animals and children are out of reach.
