The company operates in the development and global export of rapid diagnostic tests, molecular diagnostics and POCT systems. Our mission is to make high-quality diagnostic solutions more accessible on a global scale. As part of our expanding organizational structure, we are looking for a Regulatory and Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team.

About The Role

We are seeking a Regulatory and Technical Documentation Specialist who will take part in national and international regulatory processes for the company’s POCT and in vitro diagnostic devices, veterinary diagnostic products and related product groups. The role will support technical documentation, product registration, compliance, labeling/IFU, quality and regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review technical files, IFUs, labels and related documents for regulatory compliance
  • Support IVDR (EU 2017/746), ÜTS and EUDAMED product registration processes
  • Provide documentation support for GSPR, risk management, PMS/PMPF and vigilance processes
  • Support the transfer of clinical/analytical performance, validation and stability data into technical files
  • Contribute to documentation processes in accordance with ISO 13485, ISO 14971 and relevant IVD standards
  • Coordinate technical document flow between departments
  • Follow regulatory updates and inform relevant teams when necessary
  • Review marketing materials, including catalogs, IFUs and labels, for regulatory compliance
Qualifications
  • Preferably graduated from Molecular Biology and Genetics, Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemistry or related departments
  • Experienced in IVD, POCT or regulatory/quality processes, or willing to learn and develop in these areas
  • Knowledge of IVDR and ÜTS processes, or open to professional development in these areas
  • Familiar with ISO 13485, ISO 14971 and relevant standards
  • Able to read and understand technical documents in English
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Strong analytical thinking and documentation skills
  • Suitable for teamwork and cross-departmental coordination

About the Role

We are hiring an Assistant Sales Specialist to join our international commercial team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates with a scientific background who are eager to start a global career in biotechnology and healthcare sales. You will work closely with Sales Managers in Turkey and support daily communication, documentation, and coordination with international clients and distributors. This position provides exposure to global markets, training in the essentials of commercial operations, and the opportunity to contribute directly to Vitrosens’ export-driven business model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily communication with international clients and distributors
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proforma invoices, product catalogs, and related documentation
  • Track orders and coordinate shipments with the logistics team
  • Assist in managing after-sales support and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM
  • Support the sales team in achieving quarterly sales goals through operational assistance
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights
  • Participate in global trade fairs, online meetings, and international sales events
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics, Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, or related disciplines
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong empathy and people skills — ability to build rapport easily
  • Positive, high-energy, and solution-oriented approach
  • Detail-focused, organized, and responsible
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
