Virasens Plasmid DNA Purification Kit is designed for rapid isolating high-quality plasmid DNA from cultured bacterial cells. The kit is based on binding DNA to silica membranes contained in chaotropic salts and then washing the DNA using an ethanol-containing Wash Buffer.
Virasens Plasmid DNA Purification Kit uses optimized buffers. Optimized buffers ensure to lyse cells and release highly pure plasmid DNA is extracted and is ready to use in many routine molecular biology applications such as enzymatic digeston, sequencing, PCR, ligation, transformation. The kit does not contain harmful substances such as phenol, chloroform. There is no need to concentrate, precipitate, or desalt.

In addition, it effectively removes DNA and RNA impurities thanks to the columns it contains. As a result, the isolated genomic DNA residue and no impurity contamination, such as protein.
