Vitrosens Biyoteknoloji Ltd. Şti. (“Vitrosens”), uses its best efforts to protect the personal data and rights of our valued customers. We pay attention to personal data processing and protection related to persons those benefit from our Company’s services. In compliance with The Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 (“PDPL”), within the concept of this responsibility, we process your data as described below and within the limits of legislation. Personal Data refers to any information relating to you.

The following articles stipulate information about the process of obtaining your personal data on the mobile application named “VitroApp” including type of personal data we collect, purposes for collecting of such data, information on method of using the data, users’ rights to change information on the processed data and our contact information.

We, as Vitrosens, need to process our customers’ personal data to fulfill our obligations derived from legislation and any agreements we made with our customers and provide the best service.

Your personal data will be kept during the period set forth by applicable laws or during related legal periods which may necessary for the Company the cases in respect of protection and use of rights which the Company may have in possible future legal periods. At the end of this period, your personal data will be deleted, disposed or anonymized by the Company.

Your personal data will be processed within the conditions and purposes of personal data processing which is specified in PDPL to carry out the activities, meet the requirements provided by our Company in accordance with your needs and requests, provide better service to improve our communication with you, analyze the service to offer you special benefits, send commercial electronic messages in accordance with your  preferences, send mail, conduct surveys, make statistical analysis, ensure the legal and commercial security of our Company and persons having a business relationship with our Company (The administrative operations for communication carried out by our Company, ensuring the physical security and supervision of the Company’s locations, the evaluation processes of the business partner/customer/supplier (authorized person or employees), the legal compliance process, financial affairs etc.), determination and practice of our Company’s commercial and work strategies, ensure the conduct of our Company’s human resources policies.

Including the notifications, we may use your information to inform you about the services you get and the products you use. Besides, we may provide you with information regarding other Vitrosens’ services.

We associate data of the web site and the mobile application visits with anonymous demographic information and collectively use such information to provide more useful content. We also may associate data of the web site and the mobile application visits with your personal information to provide customized content on the mobile application.

In case you register for the, Vitrosens’ web site, and the mobile application may use customized links or similar technologies to track e-mails that you clicked. We also may associate such information with your other personal data to send more customized e-mails or purchase information to you. Each e-mail includes the link to cancel subscription and enables to cease getting such messages.

5. Institutions that your personal data is transferred to and on what purposes

Vitrosens may share collected personal data with its transaction partnerships and institutions that have collaborative relationships with Vitrosens, persons and institutions within the country and abroad  that Vitrosens get cloud storage service from,  institutions within the country and abroad  that have agreements with Vitrosens on sending commercial electronic messages to customers, courier companies, subsidiary tools within the scope of marketing activities for better service to our valued customers and to satisfy them, agencies and advertisement agencies within the country and abroad, survey agencies, other third parties and relevant business partners within the country and abroad.

Vitrosens may process your personal data without your explicit consent in cases where the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 provides for limited exceptions to the consent requirement for the process of personal data.

As per Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698, we as Vitrosens, hereby would like to remind your below rights on your personal data. These are:

• request information on whether your personal data is processed,
• request information on the processing of your personal data,
• request information on the purpose of the processing activity and on whether the data is processed in accordance with the specified purpose,
• be informed of the third parties who received such data, within the country or abroad,
• request corrections if the data was processed in incomplete or incorrect manner and request notification of correction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred;
• request deletion and purging of such data and request notification of deletion and purging to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• object to adverse outcomes to be occurred when processing undergoes automatically;
• claim compensation in case you suffer damages due to illegal processing of such data.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

8. Your personal data update and rights on application

You can send your request to our Company for exercising your abovementioned rights by using written or e-mail address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or electronic mail address previously notified to the Company and registered in Company’s system; or by means of an improved software or application for the purpose of the application The application procedures are explained below to submit your written application to our Company.

The following shall exist in the application;

• Name, Surname, Age

In order to exercise your rights specified above, you may send your request including your explanations regarding the right which you request to exercise among those specified in Article 11 of PDPL with the information necessary for identification and other information explained above and provide with your identification documents to the address of Şerifali Mah. Şehit Sk. No:17 Ümraniye/İstanbul/Turkey by return receipt request, though notary or other methods explained above or you may send your request to app@vitrosens.com
